The kickoff meeting of the Open Innovation Test Bed (OITB) Project, BIOMAC, took place on 14-15 of January, remotely. BIOMAC is a highly innovative project of 33 partners, aiming the set up an Open Innovation Ecosystem for upscaling materials and products in the field of nano-enabled bio-based products and materials. The main role of Cnano within the project is the ultrasound-assisted treatment of lignocellulosic biomass for the production of nano lignin particles.
The BIOMAC project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement 952941.
