Helena Monteiro and Carla Martins from ISQ visited Creative Nano in the context of the BIOMAC project to monitor NPs emissions in the Pilot line during the production of nanolignin. Also, Dalia de la Fuente - Vivas from the Universidad de Burgos was involved in the monitoring campaign.
In the framework of BIOMAC project, Nanotypos visited Creative Nano premises. The ultrasonicated assisted reactor pilot line of the company was demonstrated and discussion concerning the project's Test case for food packaging applications was followed.
ITENE and ISQ are visiting Creative Nano premises as part of DIAGONAL monitoring campaign. ISQ and ITENE will identify potential hotspots of occupational exposure to Graphene nanoparticles in Cnano's process for the production of Ni/graphene nanocomposite coatings. The physicochemical properties of the collected samples will also be examined by Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST).
Today, National Technical University of Athens students Chrysanthi Ntib and Dimitrios Lyras completed their one-month internship at our company! They carried out experiments related to the optimization of electrolyte baths and the preparation of nanopowder dispersions. Both learned a lot but also actively contributed as team members! Best wishes for your […]
Today ISQ visited our BIOMAC Pilot Line. All upgrades installed were presented during the visit, and a fruitful discussion concerning process optimization was followed.
IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries and EXELISIS visited the new Creative Nano premises in Athens to discuss developments and opportunities in the framework of the FreeMe project. The FreeMe project proposes the metallization of polymeric (plastic or resins) surfaces eliminating the use of hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) and palladium (Pd) from the Plating on Plastics process, based […]
Creative Nano is in Copenhagen, participating in the Sustain a Print Kick off Meeting, hosted by Green Transition and Digital Transformation - Danish Technological Institute (DTI). During this EU-funded project, Cnano will develop hybrid nanolignin-based materials that will be used in the formulation of conductive inks used in printed electronics.
Creative Nano attending the 5M Consortium Meeting of FreeMe project, hosted by Politecnico di Milano, where we presented our work concerning a new proposed free of Cr6+ and Pd plastic metallization process. Preliminary results, proposed experimental design and the plan for the upscaling of the process, also covered in the […]
Creative Nano attended to 41 M consortium meeting held in Politecnico di Milano, where we presented our work concerning the development and validation of the remote purification pilot line for spent electrolytic baths. Our presentation consisted of the installation of the pilot line, upgrades occurred during the development process and […]
